Journey into yourself: Face your shadow

Sometimes, to take a step forward, we have to take one back. And it  does not always depend on our personality or zodiac sign. There just  comes a point when we feel the need to stop for a while and take a  breath: look at yourself, our surroundings, our life, our achievements  and failures, our dreams and reality. Obviously, the fear is paralyzing  us, but with the breath of life, we have the courage to step back a  little.

What is the benefit of doing that? Go back means to feel our core:  soul, heart, and body. And most importantly, we are able to see our own  bright and shadow side. Face it. Look at it. Feel the fear. And  slightly... accept it.

Then we are able to move forward. Then we are actually putting  ourselves in the hands of Reality, supported by Energy and Destiny.  Receive their gifts and have the courage to be born anew. To then go out  into the world, authentic, fuller, more harmonious. And happier.

On this retreat, we will get away from daily life, retreat mentally  from the hustle and bustle, and retreat on the body and soul level.

This journey will continue in November - we will travel to Indonesia  and dive deeper into ourselves. After reconnecting to ourselves in May,  in November we will search for fullness and fulfillment. METHOD & TOOLS:

During our workshop, we will combine work and play. With Reiki as our  main method supplemented by energy work, mysticism, bodywork,  psychotherapy techniques. We will use the power of rituals to connect  with Mother Earth and with ourselves.

We will stay in the beautiful villa located among Crete's beautiful  nature, about 1h drive from the Chania International Airport (CHQ).

MEETING POINT AND TIME

SCHEDULE

We will drive from the airport to the villa by taxi. The workshop  will officially start on Wednesday 19th in the evening. The daily  schedule will be adapted to how the “energy flows” e.g the weather,  group dynamics etc. There will be approximately eight hours of group and  individual work each day. The event will be closed on Sunday 23rd May  with breakfast after which we will drive back to the airport.

PRICE

290 EUR - workshop

520 EUR* - accommodation, round trip from and to the airport, food  (three vegetarian meals a day, in addition, fruit, coffee, and tea will  be available throughout the duration of the workshop)

TRANSPORT

Participants must make their own travel arrangements and arrive at  Chania International Airport (CHQ) at the arranged time. Please contact  Natalia if you need help with arranging and coordinating your flights.

* In case of filling all the places we have available, the cost of  accommodation, food and round trip will decrease significantly. The cost  was calculated for the minimum number of participants (3), if there  will be more of us, the cost will be reduced up to 30%.

BOOKING

Book a workshop space via e-mail or phone. Due to the required  pre-booking of the accommodation and a limited number of places, we  kindly ask you to make a decision and prepay the total workshop cost  (290 EUR) by 1 April. (If you cancel your participation at the workshop  later than 14 days before the start day, the payment will not be  refunded.) The remaining amount is to be paid by bank transfer no later  than 1 May.

Organizer reserves the right to cancel the workshops for reasons  beyond their control. If the workshop is canceled by the organizer, the  participant will receive a refund of the full paid amount.

*In exceptional circumstances, the organizer reserves the right to refuse the cooperation without specifying the reason.

Leader:

Zuzanna is a Reiki Master & Teacher, HR Professional and  Communication Trainer. Based on her personal and professional knowledge  and experience she can help you and guide you in the areas of energy  & bodywork, communication, sexuality & psychological mechanisms.  Zuzanna offers individual and group session in Berlin, where she  currently lives. She is fascinated by Indonesian culture, she speaks  Indonesian and organises journeys to Indonesia which are journeys into  yourself.

Assisted and Organized by:

Natalia is a Reiki Master & Teacher and a leader of Reiki Circle  in Copenhagen. She is fascinated by various forms of bodywork and sound  healing and seeks to broaden her horizons at every opportunity.  Moreover, she has been participating in Family Constellations under her  Reiki teacher, Przemek Dobak, for more than 5 years, and now she  organises all of his workshops in Denmark and abroad.
